Avantages
Discounts on accessories, pretty flexible work schedule in terms of switching shifts, good co workers and most store and district managers are awesome.
Inconvénients
When business is slow and numbers drop, corporate freaks out. It feels like you practically live there, but the pay sucks. $8 base pay but commission goals are ridiculous. The way they want you to sell is basically bother people and push products on them until they get annoyed and leave, or buy something just to get you off their back. Higher ups basically do not care about the employees, they treat them like dirt.
