      Take cares of their people. Good company

      Back then they should give more trainings for customer service representatives so that we can be properly equip with knowledge on how to deal with the customers

      Avantages

      The competitive nature between employees and departments make it more of a pro than con because it makes the best out of every individual

      Inconvénients

      The flexi time, and the way employees especially the management take advantage of it is a no-no, even the long hours
