Decision making is reactive rather than strategic, with shifting priorities and frequent reversals that create confusion and instability. The company operates in silos and cross functional alignment is weak. Core business processes and governance structures are not clearly defined or consistently enforced, resulting in inefficiency and poor accountability. The organization was slow to recognize and respond to the impact of AI on the industry. Current efforts to adapt feel fragmented and lack a clear long term strategy.
