Environment had gotten poor over the years. Co workers tattle about everything and i mean everything, a lot of favortism and harrasment from many of the supervisors along with new rules from company that micromanage every move you make. Not very flexable unless you are employeed in the offices. Benefits are good but the company has really changed over the years for the worse as far as treatment of employees and you can really feel it on the floor, its really too bad as i use to like my job. The depressing atmosphere is what finally drove me out and i went to a smaller company.
