      Avantages

      Digi-Key hasn't ever laid off an engineer since I have been employed there. They hired me as an intern and have taught me everything I know.

      Inconvénients

      I personally don't have any. Nothing that you wouldn't see at any job ever that has people.

      Avantages

      Great team and awesome supervisor, flexible hours. The people I work with day to day are the best

      Inconvénients

      The company seems to be cutting costs at employees' expense. Poor pay, minimal pay increases as cost of living continues to rise, poor leadership, no opportunities to grow and benefits have significantly decreased over the last couple years making it less appealing to stay long term.
