Avantages
- Delicious food (vegan and gluten-free options!) - Mission Driven, they really believe in changing the food system and how people eat - Attract smart, talented people (met some of my close friends here).
Inconvénients
- High turnover (I’d suggest you take a look at how many people have left the company on LinkedIn) - Inexperienced people in executive or director level roles - Perfectionist tendencies lead to a culture of constant changing and tweaking, which takes away energy to focus on what makes them successful
