No respect for their guys no appreciation for near slave like type labor you would think when guys bleed and sweat for you that it would be duly noted but I found out just how much they care about that. I was fired because I wouldn't accept the foremen treating me like slave or an inmate on the chain gang I got into 2 separate heated arguments with 2 foremen back to back and was told by the big bosses that no matter what happens on the job that it's OK for the foremen to disrespect however they see fit as long as they are getting the job done and if I don't like it then tough I am not aloud to express what I feel or think at all well I did and after the 2nd argument was not even asked to hear it from my side they just took his word and he lied about the whole thing I know that after the first time they were out to get me and looked for any reason to push my buttons because to be 100% truthful with the 2nd argument if they weren't on that style like that then to fire they would've had to fire him to but no way didn't even say to him but one thing "sorry you had to go threw that" this company is 40 yrs. in the past with how they think you can treat people I wish them all bad fortune and hope one day I run into said individuals so I can set the record straight if you know what I mean.

Extremely hostile environment (mandatory Monday meeting for all employees consisting of public shaming and verbal attacks) 6 month required approval for ANY time off. Employees don’t matter to management. Standing statement is if you don’t like it then leave. Horrible equipment(especially trucks). Drivers told to ingnore DOT regulations or be fired. Extremely unsafe work conditions.
