      Poor lazy senior management I have been given my managers work + all new work due to scale. Toxic corrosive and vindictive leadership. Burnout will occur

The company’s product helps so many people - doing great work for a company that does great things in society is rewarding

      Company seems to have grown faster than the leadership … many of the leaders grew up at Dexcom and the company is bigger
