      I love my job, There is a very high energy and fun atmosphere here., Ability to move up and advance. Very professional upper management.

      Inconvénients

      The pay should be more competitive considering how large the company is getting and the mfg Assoc should see that reflected on our paychecks.

The company’s product helps so many people - doing great work for a company that does great things in society is rewarding

      Company seems to have grown faster than the leadership … many of the leaders grew up at Dexcom and the company is bigger
