Avantages

Good people without any bad intentions, if we exclude the top management. Good colleagues, normal and friendly people always willing to help.

Inconvénients

Working at Devtech has been a challenging and often frustrating experience. The company's culture is dominated by micromanagement, unstable environment and blaming practices. The decision-making process is deeply flawed. A small group of top executives, often lacking relevant experience or knowledge, insist on being involved in every decision across all departments. This results in poor choices, delayed projects, and frustrated employees facing constant changes in the way of work and expectations. At the heart of Devtech's problems is the CEO's erratic leadership style. His frequent and dramatic shifts in direction suggest potential psychological concerns. His sudden changes in strategy and priorities wreak havoc on the entire organization, creating a constant state of upheaval and uncertainty. The company's hiring and firing practices are equally troubling. CEO often recruits expensive talent from international markets, particularly the USA and UK, for top management and sales positions. However, these hires are frequently terminated when they fail to meet the CEO's unclear and often delusional expectations. Or they leave in disbeleaf of what the heck they accepted to be a part of. This revolving door policy creates a toxic environment where employees constantly fear for their jobs. Top management's impulsive decision-making, means that anyone could be let go at any time, often without any objective reason. This atmosphere of fear and uncertainty has a severe negative impact on morale and productivity. In light of these issues, I strongly advise job seekers to avoid considering Devtech for their next career move. The risk of being suddenly terminated due to someone's whim or the company's instability is simply too high. Your professional growth and well-being are likely to suffer in this dysfunctional environment. In conclusion, Devtech's toxic culture, unstable leadership, and lack of job security make it a workplace to avoid. Potential employees would be wise to look elsewhere for opportunities that offer stability, respect, and the chance for genuine professional development.
