      Avantages

      The team and the culture at DevComms is what makes it, in my opinion, the best place to work! It is amazing to be able to work in an environment where everybody is passionate about what they do. Having started at the company as an Account Executive just 8 months ago, I have already been provided with some fantastic opportunities to professionally develop my skillset and progress within my career. Thank you DevComms for making work so enjoyable.

      Inconvénients

      It is not an easy task having to find a con for working at DevComms! It would be nice to have some more interaction with those team members who are not based in my office.

      Avantages

      Hard to find many. Perhaps, other junior members of staff were supportive.

      Inconvénients

      Young staff are treated unfairly, with little recognition for their contribution. HR fails to address workplace concerns effectively and often seemed to spread misinformation than resolving issues. It was particularly disheartening to see someone reported for workplace bullying not only avoid accountability but also be promoted shortly afterward.

      I would like to respond to the feedback you have left on our company page here on Glassdoor. Whilst I am sorry to hear that your perception of your experience with us at DevComms was not a positive one, I have to disagree with the statements you have made. Our staff are treated equally, no matter their age or position in the company. We always have, and will continue, to work extremely hard to ensure the culture within the company is open, supportive and trusting. Any concerns or issues raised in respect of staff performance or conduct are dealt with professionally and appropriately with HR expertise. To suggest otherwise is incorrect and misleading.       Avantages

      Shared culture of success of people which reflects in the results of the business. A supportive company which gets the balance right.

      Inconvénients

      Can be busy but that’s the nature of the job. Support is always offered.
