      Constant competition with other developers, which over the years begins to become stressful. Frequently changing priorities, some of the work done can be thrown out, which is frustrating.

      Avantages

      generally speaking it is a company that really feels like they care about their contractors and employees, but since its an oursourcing company it is very likely you are going to stop on a bad client.

      Inconvénients

      some projects it doesnt feel stable sometimes.
