      Avantages

      generally speaking it is a company that really feels like they care about their contractors and employees, but since its an oursourcing company it is very likely you are going to stop on a bad client.

      Inconvénients

      some projects it doesnt feel stable sometimes.

We also understand your point regarding project stability, as working with clients in outsourcing can sometimes bring unpredictability.
