      Avantages

      Designit has been a place for me to grow, while it usually is a place for mid to high-level designers they have recently opened their doors to intermediate-level designers which has provided me a place to learn and grow.

      Inconvénients

      I am aware of people leaving due to not being payed what they see as a fair wage.

      I've had the pleasure of working at Designit for 3 years, and it has been an incredibly fulfilling experience. The company truly values creativity, collaboration, and personal growth.       Smart people, used to be a boutique and really cool, interesting, and fun creative agency.

      Inconvénients

      Lost its way, pursuing work for the cheapest amount, sacrificing quality, relationships, and integrity with promises to clients.
