      Avantages

      - Autonomy and trust, there's no creative director telling you what todo on projects - Genuinely caring people and you will be treated as a human being - Nice offices in most places around the world

      Inconvénients

      - Salaries can't compete with in-house roles. But I guess they are two different things - It's getting very big so it's hard to keep everyone connected across the globe

      Let’s face it, going through an acquisition is never easy, which is why we’ve spent the last 3+ years trying to create strong relationships with our new friends and colleagues at Wipro, while nurturing the culture and people that make Designit what it is.       Smart people, used to be a boutique and really cool, interesting, and fun creative agency.

      Inconvénients

      Lost its way, pursuing work for the cheapest amount, sacrificing quality, relationships, and integrity with promises to clients.
