      Avantages

      Work from home setting, company provides laptop and other equipment needed, including wi-fi allowance, staff were amazing to work with and supervisors and team leads give performance reviews and feedback which is helpful for career growth.

      Inconvénients

      Possibility of work night shift but this isn't really a con if you're comfortable with that.
