If you do, you will be showed doors to leave - Zero understanding on how political parties work on ground - False claims of successful campaigns - Below average peers and zero learning - No growth prospects - One of the directors have no knowledge of political space and shifts her blame to the employees when other directors intervene - Even Women employees are treated badly - No understanding of how companies work. Everything works out of whatsapp - The company has been able to get projects basis on personal contacts not on work quality. If one wants to be a part of political space, this isnt the place to be
