      Great work, lots of opportunities to get better from training to involvement in different types of projects. Greatly care for the community and creating a workplace for all to thrive.

      Innovation could be better, leaders sometimes try to do much, but that is getting better.

      decent culture, willing to invest in you but you have to push for it yourself

      Inconvénients

      bad at training, puts lot of young employees on PIPs and then lets them go if they don't perform or ask for too much help.
