Avantages

Good product with lots of potential

Inconvénients

Poor business model, poor management, antiquated technology. Product sales require constant pressure from a company representative at accounts for success of meeting sales quotas. This in turn makes it difficult to acquire new accounts while maintain existing ones. US market historically small but company trying to increase US team after European sales plummeted. Sales management unrealistic with their business model succeeding on a large scale.

Avantages

Gold standard product that fits unique market shift/recognition of change in practice for evidence based improved patient care. Excellent focus on education and support. Small company management dynamics for open door policy and wide open opportunity. Very positive team culture. Well respected by KOL and recognized for outstanding evidence and innovation to approach to improved hemodynamic management.

Inconvénients

Small company with limited resources particularly in marketing. Greatest challenge is to have growth of sales and education team keep up with opportunities.
