      Avantages

      There were individual managers that would step out of the assigned box to mentor and train their employees. Individual departments that made a point to communicate well.

      Inconvénients

      No communication between management and employees or between offices or even within projects. A lot of rework based on bad communication and very little proper training and no recognition.

      Avantages

      Great place to work. Feels like a family run business. Implementing forward thinking strategies and client centric model. The previous reviewer must have left before I started. I have 25 years experience and I think the communication is working in this company. I am able to suggest ideas and upper management is listening. New ideas from other employees are being addressed and worked into improving the internal communication. Cross training and external training is being implemented.

      Inconvénients

      Legacy projects not properly managed caused stress both internally and externally. These projects are now gone. Replaced by solid work and clients.
