Avantages
Currently, there really are no pro's to working here other than subpar benefits and getting a paycheck, and that may not last much longer. The CFO is great and is very forward thinking.
Inconvénients
Where do I start? Management is the good-ole boy network on steroids. "It" rolls downhill from the top. Long-term senior management are ready to retire and just doesn't care anymore, case-point: the election of the new top C-level executive. No room for advancement, no training programs, takes forever for expenses to be reimbursed, bonuses are taken away without any notice, top management treats "their people" drastically better than the long-term employees who built the company. Rumors of a move to another location smells like a workforce downsizing. After years and millions spent on building a product, it was abandoned due to not knowing what the market wanted in the first place, and the poor decision of off-shoring it resulted in a completely unusable product, and much wasted time and money. There is a reason DDS used to be "The Place" to work in Columbus. It was the original senior management and the long-term employees who have been there since day one. Most of those have left for better opportunities for a GOOD reason. they see the writing on the wall.
