poor pay, bad executive culture (they do what they want when they want, including DEI committees or any of the equity reviews that occur), prioritization of deadlines over people, still stuck in mindset of private company, many people within the company who were in it for over 20+ years need to go and need people/management needs to come in. you also do not get promoted even after 4+ years in the same company.
When going into the office, they separate the executive team into another floor, and 'normal' employees into another floor. I have never seen such blatant disregard for executives who do not even want to be in the same floor as regular employees.
CEO is nowhere to be found.
