• Bad experience overall — My overall experience working here was not positive, as the workplace environment and management style was terrible. • Job postings present the company as operating and hiring like a large U.S.-based organization, but in reality the operations are primarily run from Egypt with a very small team of around 20 people. • Unusual HR structure — It was strange and concerning that a company of roughly 20 people had 9 HR personnel, which felt disproportionate and raised questions about organizational priorities. • The equal opportunity and inclusion statements in job postings — including commitments to fair treatment regardless of sex, religion, or other protected characteristics — are not consistently reflected in the actual workplace environment. • High turnover — There was a noticeably high turnover rate, which seemed to reflect general employee dissatisfaction. • Micromanagement — Micromanagement was common, making it difficult to work independently and feel trusted in daily tasks. • CEO credit stealer / one-man show — Leadership was very centralized, and the CEO took visibility and credit for team efforts, creating a “one-person show” environment.
