Avantages

Nice people who all share one trauma called DealHub.

Inconvénients

Incompetent management. VP of SDR is a a tyrant who only gives negative feedback. either top management allow him to point out employees in meetings and shame them in front of everyone or they are not aware of it. Either way it’s a big problem. Low salary, burned out after 1 month of micromanaging every step I take. Team leaders have zero impact and are the buffer between zero social skill VP and the team. Worst toxic environment I have experienced in my life. Not a single SDR hit the target in two years.

Avantages

It was remote which I think we can agree was is nice

Inconvénients

-Mediocre training and what they had was terrible documented. -Not enough resources to support through the entire customer facing team so they just expect you to pick up the slack of 2 or 3 people regardless of your product knowledge -A mediocre product at best, but just to use it you have to get so complex it makes it not worth the time. -They bend over backwards for the stupidest and most nit-picky of customers and don't have proper SOW in place for the work needing to be done
