Avantages
It is a job that pays on time.
Inconvénients
It feels like a sweatshop. The people you engage with, including the clients and the random people that we give building access to can be so rude and demanding. It is very repetitive until by the end of your shift you are feeling like you were hit by a mack truck. Everyone complains all day on the chat board so it is very hard to stay positive. The employees are also very immature and catty. There is not much good to be said. Problem after problem after problem with clients and their buildings, especially problems with the service at their locations. Dealing with nerve wracking elevator calls from the building engineers testing or having to talk to very anxious people stuck in the elevator. If you like thanklessly orchestrating solutions to tedious problems back to back, then this is for you
