Avantages

Everything depends on your accounts and timing. If you get the right accounts, you can make a ton of money.

Inconvénients

Feast or famine. Timing is everything. Enterprise reps limited to very few accounts and are expected to create opportunities where there aren't any. SE's are stretched thin so technical support can be hard to come by for true collab. Recent mass exodus from really strong reps that simply didn't see a path to their number in the accounts.

Nearly impossible quotas Most reps miss, even the tenured ones High turn over Unhealthy hours - the job is 8:30am to 5:30 pm but you're expected to come in early and stay late
