Avantages
Lovely colleagues, niche industry so you learn a lot, employees believe in the products, decent benefits, opportunity to travel (although one more than the other), good contact across teams as well.
Inconvénients
Too many meetings over Skype + the global team meetings are not divided correctly. Some teams fly to the other side of the world to meet multiple times a year, while other teams haven't seen each other face-to-face for more than 2 years, sometimes even longer. Not a lot of room for growth. They make a lot of promises and say they will implement some changes, but nothing ever happened.
