      Avantages

      A lot of prior military personnel with communications backgrounds. Had a few substantial governments contracts leading up to 2009. Was acquired by Rockwell Collins as a SatCom Services division where they saw little growth.

      Inconvénients

      Split from Rockwell Collins in in 2013 and has conducted 4 mass layoffs due to reduction in clients/customers and failure to procure new contracts. Senior management is not procuring new revenue sources.

      Less than average benefits for cost. Inconsistent management. Conflicts of interest between some workers and management.
