The field technicians are phenomenal. Some of the best I've worked with. Most everyone works extra hours, offers to assist on other programs, and does more for their locations without question
Inconvénients
A lot of managers are still from the old system and regime of years past, and they have the good ol' boy mentality. It's all directives and taskings and orders, like they're still in the military. And employees are expected to do without question. The compensation is ok, but if you want the best talent, you have to pay
