      Some tasks are engaging and are well-paid

      Inconvénients

      The work is inconsistent. Some days there will be no tasks to complete. You are required to do unpaid qualifications on the platform in order to unlock new tasks but even after doing these qualifications no more tasks become available.

      Flexible schedule with a large variety of different tasks to work on.

      Inconvénients

      99% of the time is spent staring at some screen.

      Avantages

      Well-paid remote work with incredibly flexible hours. Variety of projects and work at times, and the pay is great for what it is.

      Inconvénients

      The company doesn't communicate well with it's employees, and can fire you or stop giving you projects on a whim without explanation. The project's aren't consistent sometimes, and you have to put in some unpaid (or poorly paid) time doing qualifications to work your way up to better work.
