      Avantages

      Travailler en full remote, quand on peut et quand on veut c'est vraiment idéal. Les projets sont intéressants, variés et offrent, la plupart du temps, un certain challenge. C'est enrichissant, d'un point de vue personnel et très gratifiant lorsqu'on peut suivre l'évolution d'un LLM. Le salaire est relativement intéressant et juste pour le travail effectué.

      Inconvénients

      Le nombre de projets est plus faible pour les travailleurs bilingues. Certains projets peuvent arriver à n'importe quelle heure, de jour comme de nuit. On reçoit des alertes par email, mais pas à chaque fois.

      Avantages

      Easy to get set up and work through the "entrance tests", and fairly easy to earn through your first project. The pay per project is OK (in THEORY), but in practice it can be difficult to make real money (see cons).

      Inconvénients

      My experienced was, unless you have expertise in a very in-demand area like STEM, multilingual, or teaching, the available projects quickly dry up. They then encourage you to "take more qualification tests to see more projects." However, after the tests are taken, no indication is given as to the results and at times nothing more shows up in projects. In the end it can be a random, and disorienting process.
