      Avantages

      The schedule is completely flexible, you work on your own time and when you want. The pay is good, especially when you qualify for higher level projects. The allotted time for each project is usually more than enough. The instructions for each project are usually detailed and easy enough to understand. There are new qualifications popping up frequently and the opportunity to grow on the platform. The website is easy to use and navigate and the payment system is reliable.

      Inconvénients

      Unable to work outside the country if you travel.

      Avantages

      Well-paid remote work with incredibly flexible hours. Variety of projects and work at times, and the pay is great for what it is.

      Inconvénients

      The company doesn't communicate well with it's employees, and can fire you or stop giving you projects on a whim without explanation. The project's aren't consistent sometimes, and you have to put in some unpaid (or poorly paid) time doing qualifications to work your way up to better work.
