A good environment for learning. The developers there have good knowledge. There are good mentors, especially in the development team, which is very strong.
Inconvénients
Here, HR management and project management are very poor. Some good project managers are actually there, but some project managers are really bad. It’s a full-stress working environment—they don’t care about how people work. They always find ways to push pressure on employees. It’s always really bad, and it creates a very negative feeling to work with this company. The salary is very low, but the expected outcome is at a very high level. Everyone is working hard, but management and some project managers don’t seem to care. It’s very stressful for most of the developers here.
