Avantages
-Good bottom line, will always be profitable thanks to streamlining over the decades. -Nice campus in Mason MI, IT space is large and plenty of rooms. Can easily just work in conference rooms or outside. -Allow WFH about 2 days a week, but everyone does it more. They allow full remote for some positions but they are very against it. -Good Healthcare benefits - BlueCross -Many of the upper management very nice, will fight for you, somewhat flexible as long as work is getting done.
Inconvénients
-Privately owned by a single family, whose control is absolute. They mostly stay hands off but randomly show up. -Manufacturing is taking a hit, expect more layoffs. They are well prepared to survive as a whole though. -Actively moving manufacturing operations overseas to keep up with this economy. -Very conservative management, adverse to big changes which can be a pro or a con. -Tech is quite ancient, some of it custom and needs to be ripped out. -Low Pay - Very low vacation days.
