      Avantages

      Well-respected automotive agency that is always at the forefront of innovation. There is a good balance of seasoned veterans and fresh out of school employees that are eager to learn. It’s a great place to experience real-world agency life while learning from some of the best in the business.

      Inconvénients

      The hours can be long, and the clients have very high expectations. DOM360 may not be the place to work if you fear change - the digital world moves at a rapid pace, and successful agencies must not only keep up, they must innovate. Roles can be fluid, and best practices evolve.

      Avantages

      After 18 years of DOM360 it is easy for me to bring an owners perspective. DOM360 is a challenging place to work and it is definitely not for everyone. DOM360 combines two of the hardest industries: automotive and advertising. The reward for this is work experience and repetition. It is not uncommon for a new employee to work through the ranks all the way to account director which provides a very lucrative salary range.

      Inconvénients

      The hours can be long, so can the stress. As the car business changes so do we. Our clients can be very demanding during tough market conditions. Some employees accept this as a challenge, some do not and move on.
