Does not have all the bureaucracy and politics of some larger organizations. Executive team recognizes and rewards team members and treats them with respect and decency. Fast growing with lots of opportunity for growth.

      Inconvénients

      Sometimes things move too fast and occasionally communication breaks down across departments.

      Avantages

      Docuxcel is a fast growing company and is able to leverage its experience vertically. The management team is compact, responsive and acts quickly on issues. It is a company that is responsive to its people's needs and responds compassionately. Management experience levels are broad which constantly infuses new ideas and systems into the overall operation of the company.

      Inconvénients

      As companies rapidly grow, they sometimes stretch their resources resulting in operational slowdowns. Management is aware and is moving to correct.
