What is the most stressful part about working at the company? Everything seems good until the first day of training, then it goes down hill. If you like to be micromanaged then this is the place for you. If you are 1 second late they start hounding you about where you were and what you were doing. I have never seen this type of micromanaging in my life, until working here. A bunch of Loser rejects that got a training position or other higher up positions, they clearly are not qualified for. When you ask questions about the job the trainers act secretive and keep telling you to wait and they will cover it later on in the training. The trainers like to pick on or harass certain people during training & they all think it's funny. Every training class makes more money then the previous class. They like to give these fancy name titles but you are nothing more than a Customer Service Rep or Collections Rep. They treat employees badly and the job is so stressful, that the decent pay doesn't matter. I would rather work somewhere else for lower pay than to be treated poorly like I'm less then human.
