I started with WDS un 2007 fun job Parr time job willing to work around schedule start out pay was great and had hours. This store has gone thru a lot of management both our leads were fired. We've had countless replacements some were fired others transfered. Since CDs has taken over it has become very disorganized . we don't get hours like we use to supplies are far and few work area us filthy. We now have workplace bullying by three girls 2 of them have managed to harass intimidate and got a girl fired. They make rude and unnecessary comments to other employees while customers and other employees are on floor doing demos. They harass as so much to make several cry. Plus they get all the hours and if you don't give in to there stupid stuff they will go straight to our regional. Its very discriminating and our manager does nothing to take care of any of these situations. The employee moral is bad its not the team but a dog eat dog uncomfortable workplace . the pay starts out OK but when you reach 11.90 hr then for us no more raises NOTHING. this company is work work work like me a slave be harassed verbally and mmentally. If your looking to advance your career forget it. They usually hire from outside and not from within. so there really isn't any incentive unless its partime only.
