Old owner checked out mentally, new president (no manufacturing experience) is pompous and treats those he does not like as if they are worthless. He does not like people who disagree with him, despite their years of experience in the industry or at the company. He has replaced them with his own friends or ex-coworkers that he brought along with him - all the more who know better not to disagree with him. Those CP employees closer to retirement are checked out and counting their days left. HR is inept. What in the world is a Chief People Officer? She only works part time, so that tells you how much people matter. How this company keeps pretenses up is a credit to the people doing their PR. The employees have different opinions on how great it is to work there.
