      Avantages

      Crystalbrook Collection genuinely cares about people, sustainability, and creating something different in the hospitality space. The culture is collaborative, values-led, and encourages individuality rather than a one-size-fits-all approach. Leadership is approachable, and there is a strong focus on development, internal mobility, and doing things well. The benefits across the group are thoughtful, and there is a real sense of pride in the brand and what it stands for.

      Inconvénients

      Not a negative, but worth being aware that Crystalbrook is a growing organisation, so things continue to evolve at pace - great for people who enjoy variety and change.

      Avantages

      Great team, beautiful venue, and an excellent company to work for. The company genuinely values its employees and invests in staff development, career progression, and opportunities for growth across all of its properties. The staff Green Room is a great perk as well, fully equipped with appliances, two TVs, and stocked daily with food, fresh bread, drinks, cookies, crackers, and ice blocks. Management are supportive, approachable, and encourage employees to grow and progress within the company.

      Inconvénients

      No car parks onsite but its understandable as the venue needs to provide parks to the guest. There is plenty of parking externally so its not that bad.

      Not much positive to say

      Inconvénients

      - Always understaffed - Management can't lead and is scared of conflict - VERY tight budget - Low Pay, therefore run by backpackers
