Avantages
Leadership is extremely transparent: We have weekly town halls during which they answer every single anonymously posed question, often with seriousness and candor. This requires an enormous amount of trust and can offer a crash course in how private businesses are run, especially when we recap board meetings, forecasts, etc. Perks and benefits are strong: We get "Mental Health Monday's" during months that don't already have a three day weekend. Home office and wellness stipends are generous. I've been happy with my health insurance, too. Remote-first culture (that isn't at risk of going away): Crunchbase's execs are now based all over the country, so it seems like its remote-first culture is here to stay at a time when other companies are taking it away. This offers a tremendous amount of flexibility, especially paired with the companies Core Working Hours policy. A brand that people know and trust: Folks in business/tech are very likely to have heard of Crunchbase and have a positive impression of it. This is great for career growth.
Inconvénients
I can't think of a serious con. It's a great place to work IMO.
