The dept staff members are uncomfortable to work with and will falsify information to put each other down. The new manager is showing great favoritism to a select few individuals with promotions while squashing the most dedicated and productive employees. It will only be a matter of time before all the positive minded and work oriented staff members leave for other organizations - we are already loosing or have lost many this year. Very high staff turnover rate for this dept (11 people have left in less then 2 yrs from a dept of 10). Only 1 staff member who has been in this dept for 5+ years.
