      Avantages

      Small friendly working environment. Co-workers treat each other like family. Helpful to each other. Interesting gadget prototypes to play with.

      Inconvénients

      Business dwindling. Waves of down sizing left skeletal team barely struggling to exist. Does not seem to be able to break out of the rut.
