You definitely don’t want to work for this company. They violate pay, HIPAA, and TDI. The work environment is hostile. The owner didn’t visit once during the time I worked there. She let people run the company who have no business managing people. Management is always bullying someone and changing policies on a daily basis which is not communicated to everyone and creates workflow problems. It's deemed okay to insult people and make comments companies are often sued over. There are too many inexperienced managers and not enough people to do the work so you're extremely overworked. This is probably why raises and benefits and perks declined during my time there. I’ve worked for two other family businesses and never saw anything like this. And if you come in with a vacation already planned they reduce your salary for the year instead of allowing you to take the time off unpaid but then the next year your salary isn’t raised to normal. You only get 112 hours a year of PTO and don’t earn any more for loyalty. And you have to take it in a way that violates salaried employee definition. Direct supervisors are rarely available for adequate training. And everyone is always getting sick in that office but once they leave they are no longer sick. Not sure if its due to the hostile work environment or something in the office. I would leave a zero if I could because this is the worst company I’ve worked for in my entire career. I waited to post a review because I wanted to leave a factual rather than emotional review. Don't take my word for it. There's not one single good review posted for this company.
