Perspective commerciale
Avantages
Kind of a friendly feel and encourage you to work. Older work team not a lot of young pressionals, so no middle management and sometimes it is all hands on deck to get things out. Believes in helping the community.
Inconvénients
Management is never on the same page between different departments; the corporate group leader is not a difficult person to work for or with, management want continuous work done but complains about the hours spent. If you only want a 9-5 job with nothing extra, it is great, but if you are like me and do not believe the job just stops because it is 5 o'clock and there is plenty of workloads to do then gets to be a little tight.
