      Avantages

      Salary, stipend for lunch, managers offsite are great.

      Inconvénients

      Benefits, vacation time, management team. There are no benefits until 60 days, no vacation time for 1 yr plus, and management/owners are not equipped to deal with real issues. Management team do not follow any guidelines since they don’t want change. They blame others before taking responsibility.

      No lunch breaks, no accountability for management mishaps, profit over employees mentality, passive aggressive white people.
