Avantages
Work from home only, no office. Very advantageous contract, you make your own work hours even as an employee. Everyone is pleasant and professional. The company actively makes me feel as a valuable member of a community, not only through general interactions, but several team buildings. Greece was awesome. Every project I've been on or heard of always has a "we can do better" attitude. Unlike your average outsource company, we actively try to use the newest tech, best practices, with a focus on scalability, monitoring and performance.
Inconvénients
Was promised yearly bonus, got none. I get it, the past year was a bit difficult for the company, I was basically benched for several months, but still.
