      Avantages

      it is nice to work in cipla as is a well rputed company with goodwill.high basic pay. punctual in payment. high chance get promoted into higher position. nice working environment

      Inconvénients

      the main cons is that there is no incentive system. even if we work beyond the targeted one you will not get any incentive as other companies do.

      scale up takes time and one has to be really forward looking to survive. initiative must.
