      Avantages

      They don't micro manage. The products are good and some of the technical staff are great to work with.

      Inconvénients

      They are slow at implementing anything. The advancement opportunities are very minimal. Management doesn't care about employees. High turn over for those that can leave.

      Avantages

      People were ok to work with. Stable atmosphere.

      Inconvénients

      Company was not very modern. Old school management. Not much room for advancement. Beyond the initial learnings of the industry there was not any career development.
