      Avantages

      * My benefits, especially healthcar, is great and the best I've had at big or small places * CEO listens and cares about us which is rare in my experience * The work is challenging and interesting * We are focused on ecommerce and customer experience ...which is nice to be at a place focused on something specific * Small team and we all care about each other * I hear the owner say no to a lot of business that aren't a good fit which matters because I've been at places that say yes to everything * the culture is really good and we all care about keeping it that way

      Inconvénients

      * like other recent reviews, a lot is expected of everyone but we all work hard and feel appreciated * the office is small so if you want a big office this isn't the place for you * we're a pretty senior and experienced team so there isn't a lot of room to get promoted. * there's a lot of change and tweaks to the business which is both good and can be challenging to keep up with

      Thank you for the feedback and I'll definitely keep these in mind as we grow and move forward together. I agree about the increased training opportunities and I plan to increase those in Q1 2019 after we wrap a few bigger items (as per your 3rd point). Glad to hear that overall you're enjoying your time at Copious!

      Avantages

      Small, close, and caring team. Company culture is great. Fantastic benefits all around. Good client relationships. Ability to work on challenging problems and learn from the rest of the engineering team. Real pleasure to be apart of Copious.

      Inconvénients

      The office is pretty small. Small team (putting this in the cons as well as there is not a ton of room for growth, still a great team).
